Blasting is carried out in a new TZ 2-5,5/11-16 blasting booth. This pre-treatment removes surface rust, strengthens the surface and removes the scales from thicker materials. Following this treatment the paint coat is better quality and stronger.

In order to make the process environmentally friendly the device is equipped with a filtration and recovery system.
