Degreasing, phosphate coating and drying is done in a VOS ECO 2000 degreasing bath machine. The fully automated process is computer controlled. The operator’s participation is minimised to only changing the degreasing material and checking that the operation is running smoothly. Cleaning materials are diluted with water and biodegradable.

Concern for the environment was a key consideration in purchasing this new equipment.
